Shipping & Returns Policy

At RimJobs & Meat Rub Co., we take pride in the quality and flavor of our products. Because our rubs and seasonings are perishable food items, we have established the following policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once they have been shipped.

We understand that taste is subjective, but because we cannot verify the storage conditions or integrity of the product once it has left our facility, we cannot accept items back into our inventory. This "No Return" policy helps us guarantee that every jar of rub you receive is fresh, untampered with, and safe to use.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we don't accept returns, we want to make sure you’re taken care of if something goes wrong on our end. If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Damaged in Transit: If the packaging is broken or the seal is compromised.

  • Incorrect Item: If we sent you the wrong "RimJob" or rub by mistake.

  • Missing Items: If your package is missing part of your order.

To resolve an issue:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

  2. Email the photo and your order number to admin@rimjobs.ca

  3. We will review the claim and, if verified, send out a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Quality Assurance

We stand by our craft. If you have a specific concern regarding the quality of the product you received (unrelated to shipping damage), please reach out. We value your feedback and will do our best to make it right.
